School Delays & Cancellation Policy

For 90-minute school delays, programs that start prior to 11:00am will be canceled for that day and made up at a later date. Programs beginning at 11:00am and on will run as scheduled. Bright Beginnings program is an exception to this schedule; delayed opening times: 10:45-12:45 & 1:15-3:15. 

For school cancellations or early dismissals, all Parks & Recreation programs will be canceled for that day and made up at a later date (if schedule permits.) To verify schedules, you may check the hotline (860-258-2772) or web site (www.rhparkrec.org) after 3:30pm.
